After placing your order you have 15 minutes to cancel or amend your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "Hold My Order" button (after clicking that button please e-mail us with details of what you would like to change/cancel and we will edit the order).
After 15 minutes of placing your order we cannot guarantee that any amendments can be made as it will be live in our warehouse system for packing. If you still wish to cancel/amend your order at this stage please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to retrieve your order from the warehouse (please only use this e-mail address for cancellations, any other correspondence should be sent to email@example.com as normal). Amendments are usually dealt with in the same way as cancellations. You will usually need to place a separate order after we have confirmed cancellation and receive a full refund for the original order.
