Subscription set up
If you have just chosen to have a subscription with us please remember to click here to set up your Direct Debit with GoCardless. This only needs to be done once on your initial set up.
Your first payment will usually be taken from your bank account approximately five to seven working days from completing the Direct Debit authorisation and your first order will then be dispatched the next day.

Alternatively, if you would like to pay for your first order using a different payment method (Visa or Mastercard) please contact us on 01502 371414 and we can dispatch your order as soon as possible and arrange your future payments/deliveries to coincide with a date each month of your preference.
I need to change my subscription
It is possible to make changes to subscriptions. Please email us with your request and we will aim to process the change asap. Please note that if your payment has already been arranged then we may not be able to make the changes until after that order.
