Occasionally deliveries can be delayed for a variety of reasons whether it is an unforeseen stock shortage, inclement weather affecting road haulage or the recipient being out at the time delivery is attempted. For this reason we do not guarantee the timeframe for any deliveries but give an estimate instead. Delivery charges are non-refundable and are already heavily subsidised by us.
Please always ensure that you have checked your order confirmation e-mail and look-up the courier tracking when it is provided. Setting your delivery preferences with the courier website/app is always the best way to ensure that you receive your parcel rather than a calling card. If you run out of pet food in the meantime we always advise feeding raw/cooked meat along with a cooked carbohydrate such as mashed sweet potato/pumpkin/potato/butternut squash.
